Meal Smoothies

Strawberry Banana: 
4-5 strawberries
1/2 banana 
1/2 avocado
8oz Greek yogurt plain, honey or vanilla (I used honey) 
A few ice cubes 

Blend and drink :-) 
*If using frozen fruit no need for ice 


Blueberry Power: 
Big hand full of frozen blueberries
1/2 avocado 
Big hand full fresh spinach 
8 oz vanilla yogurt (I used regular this time but greek is good too) 

Blend and drink :-) 

These are both good with people with IBD. I have Crohn's and they don't mess with me at all and are a good breakfast or lunch.
