Edamame aka Soybeans are a great source of protein and so yummy! I can no longer have any kind of nut or popcorn with my Crohn's. This is now my go to and my whole family enjoys them!
I buy them frozen in the pods still. Just steam in the microwave and sprinkle with sea salt or any other seasoning you may like.
